Projections are deterministic: the same facts produce the same result, without financial advice or guarantees.

No. Triumvir Trajectory is an informational tool, not a regulated financial advisory service. All projections are computed from data you enter and your own assumptions. The free tier includes Now, Safe Days, Structure, and projection up to 6 months. Compared scenarios and Premium depth are not included. It remains usable without a time limit and starts without a payment card.

Premium (€19/month, or €15/month equivalent paid annually at €180/year) is the single paid recurring tier. It adds compared scenarios, levers, and projection up to 36 months, without turning these readings into personal financial advice. Founder Circle (€500 one-time) grants five years of Premium plus founder status — a way to back the build early.

Triumvir is operated by The Midnight Lounge, a French company. Prices are displayed including VAT for European Union customers. Customers outside the EU may see different tax handling at checkout.

Plan changes will be handled through the secure billing portal as that flow is enabled. Until then, contact support if you need help changing your subscription.

Yes. Cancel from your settings whenever you want. You keep access to the paid features until the end of the current billing period - no proration, no extra charge.

Under EU consumer law (Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code), you have 14 calendar days from the date of subscription to withdraw and receive a full refund - no reason required. To exercise this right, email legal@triumvir.io with the subject "Withdrawal". Refunds are processed within 14 days using the same payment method.

Your data stays accessible until the end of the paid period. If you delete your account, access is removed and your service data is retained only where legal, accounting, security, or dispute obligations require it — up to seven (7) years. Invoices are retained for 10 years as required by French commercial law (Article L123-22). Full details in the Privacy Policy.

Your financial data is stored on secure European infrastructure. Each user’s data is isolated through row-level security: you can only read or write your own records, enforced at the database level.

Manual entry remains the canonical path and is enough to use Triumvir. Optional bank sync is announced but remains locked until French coverage is validated. Triumvir does not initiate transactions and does not hold or transfer funds.

No. There is no advertising, no session replay, and no behavioural analytics. Client-side Sentry error monitoring is optional and starts only with your consent. Server and edge technical monitoring plus coarse operational telemetry, without private financial substance, help secure and operate the service. Before transmission to Sentry, sensitive keys and amount, IBAN, email, and phone patterns are masked.

Yes. From your settings, you can export your full Triumvir Trajectory ledger - incomes, expenses, loans, balances, scenarios - in JSON or CSV format, at any time. Your data stays yours.

Yes, from your account settings. Account deletion removes your access and authentication record; service data is then retained only where legal, accounting, security, or dispute obligations require it — up to seven (7) years — before it is purged. This is the right of erasure under GDPR Article 17. Full details in the Privacy Policy.

The public site and Triumvir Trajectory are available in French and English.

The Web application is available. A forthcoming native iOS application will use the same account, the same production database, and the same deterministic engine, with no extra charge in the Free and Premium offers. It is not yet available on the App Store.

Each account is personal for now. Shared household access is not available in this version.
